In the heart of the Regional Park of the Delta del Po, on the island of Ariano Polesine, in the town of Rivà, comes from a good renovation in 1997 Villa Ferri, a country house of the late 1800. Inside is the Taverna del Cavaliere is a restaurant-pizzeria-tavern. The villa is in typical local style, with steep roofs, high thin fireplaces on the facade, windows with heavy green shutters and the delicate white line that frames them. Next to the main house the barn has been made safe and prepared for future changes of function. Inside the villa the original terracotta floors have been restored, as well as the wooden ceiling beams which once healed were kept raw. The family atmosphere that characterizes this place is a real dive in the tradition and nature of the Delta.
